Highlights
- This morning, we read our class novel, The One and Only Ivan. Ask me what is happening with the pictures and what I think is going to happen next.
- We had outdoor P.E. Ask me what we did!
- We helped our Kindergarten buddies with their play day! Ask me what activities we did.
- In Math, we finished our zoos and calculated the perimeters for all of the different animal enclosures. Ask me to tell you about some of the different perimeters.
- During Literacy, we made "Welcome to 3rd Grade" brochures. Ask me to tell you what I added to mine!
Reminders:
- We are taking lots of materials home this week! Please bring an extra grocery bag to school to help carry it all home.
- On Play Day we are providing Freezies. PARENTS THAT DO NOT WANT THEIR CHILD TO HAVE ONE MUST EMAIL ME and can send an alternative treat for their child to enjoy that day.
- Tomorrow is play day! The theme this year is "The Zoo". Dress up as your favourite animal to celebrate.
