Highlights:
- This morning, we read a book about positive affirmations and made our own affirmation book marks for Thoughtful Tuesday. Ask me what affirmations I put on mine.
- During Word Work, we talked about the different parts of speech (nouns, adjectives, and verbs). Ask me what those words mean.
- We played a game called Tower Defence during P.E. Ask me how to play!
- In Math, we did a new warm up. Ask me to tell you about it. After, we read "Dear Math" and wrote our own letters to Math. Ask me what I wrote in mine.
- This afternoon, we had our first Science block. To start, we read a book called "What Will I Discover?" and then did a couple science experiments! Ask me to tell you about them.
- We read two chapters of our novel today. Ask me what happened.
Reminders:
- Green folders went home with two important forms, the digital citizenship agreement and a parent questionnaire. Please return both forms before Friday September 11.
- Please log in to your Parent Powerschool account and complete any forms that are needed such as the demographics and the consent to post on the blog.
